"DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS!!! Zara pham is a terrible and unreliable state farm insurance agent. Throughout my time as her customer, her agency has done close to to nothing beneficial for us. All she kept doing was increasing our monthly payments. The worst part of it was when she told us that they will no longer provide us with insurance because we got into a very few accidents and never gave us proper reasoning. This agency is one of the worst that my family has worked with and we are all affected by this agent. We are all spreading the word of how bad of an agency this is in our various communities across Houston. We are all switching our insurance and do not recommended that any one chooses them for car insurance."
